This year’s race is set to take you on an extraordinary journey through the stunning surroundings of GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium and Kauffman Stadium. Runners will traverse the nearby parking lots before entering Arrowhead Stadium to race through the concourse, Hall of Honor, and complete their run on the legendary Chiefs Way. The course is not only about the distance; it’s filled with vibrant displays and captivating fun fact signs about the team that will keep your motivation high! Look out for gigantic 12-foot-tall Vince Lombardi Trophies, enormous Super Bowl rings, and even a giant bobblehead of Patrick Mahomes! These attractions provide an exhilarating way to immerse yourself in the rich history of the Chiefs as you race.
Event Schedule: A Day Full of Fun 🎈
The day kicks off with a 1K run/walk for younger participants aged 12 years and under, starting at 8 a.m. Following that, the thrilling 5K race will begin in multiple waves at 8:15 a.m. As an exciting new addition, the event will also feature a Diaper Dash for the littlest Chiefs fans. This unique race will be limited to 100 participants and is open only to residents of Missouri and Kansas, taking place at 9:30 a.m. in Lot M.

The GEHA Field at Arrowhead 5K is a premier event in its 12th year. It provides a unique opportunity for runners and walkers alike to race through the iconic venue that symbolizes so much joy and triumph for the Kansas City community. After crossing the finish line, participants are invited to a lively post-race celebration in Lot M, located between the two stadiums. This festival atmosphere will feature notable guests like KC Wolf, the Rumble, and Chiefs Cheerleaders, along with a DJ, delicious food, refreshing beverages, and other engaging activities that ensure a day of fun and connection for everyone.
You might even run into former Chiefs players and Hall of Famers like Tamba Hali and Neil Smith, who will be present to celebrate with fans and participants. What an incredible opportunity to interact with Kansas City sports legends! 😍

From Thursday, May 1 through Wednesday, May 28, registration prices will be as follows:

Pre-Event Registration
From Thursday, May 29 to Saturday, June 7, you can register at these rates:
