We want you to be happy with your purchase from KC Chiefs Merch. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please review the details below for specific return guidelines.
Clothing Returns
Clothing items (including hoodies, sweatshirts, shirts, hats, caps, shorts, pants, and leggings) may be returned within 30 days.
A 15% restocking fee applies to clothing returns.
Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition with tags still attached.
Non-Clothing Returns
Non-clothing items may be returned within 30 days with no restocking fee.
Items must be unopened and in resalable condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Clearance / Final Sale Items
Any items specifically marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" are non-returnable.
All sales are final for "Clearance" or "Final Sale" items.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sales@KCChiefsMerch.com with photos of the issue.
Please be sure to include photos of the shipping package as well, and describe any damage that was seen before you opened the package.
Defective/damaged items may be returned for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at Sales@KCChiefsMerch.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions for mailing the item back to us.
If obtaining your own shipping label, then please use a trackable shipping service when sending returns—we are not responsible for lost packages.
Returns and Shipping
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund unless you obtain your own shipping.
Refunds for returned items will only be issued once the returned item is received and can be inspected to confirm condition.
